This is a draft version as to how the fee increase will work and how clubs will handle it. This is only a draft version and would like your comments before I send it out to the clubs for their comments. The reason I did this is because there are concerns from clubs that we don't have a clue as to how to implement a fee increase and know where the money is going. I believe this will answer many of those questions. The only question now is: what will the state do with their 30% which will be over $2million, at least that too is dedicated toward snowmobiling.
